Back in the mid 90’s when my cousin was on welfare,he used to get gravy and rice from the chinese restaurant for $1.90.My man Quiniso and I used to tease him to no end,repeating a Special Ed lyric-”Would you join the Navy if it wasn’t for the gravy and rice?Think about it..”I mean,he had a place to stay for free,had cash AND foodstamps,but bought THE most low quality grub he could find.Man,that looks like straight slop homey.A real cecipe for the BG’s(tm)…
