coney island
This spot is basically an assortment of concrete circles that are as high as your average curb. There are two central ones that are at good length and devoid of any obstructions in regards to other slabs of concrete overlapping them. The tops are all well painted and very smooth. The ground here is generic asphalt, although you'll occasionally run into some patches of pebbles that you may need to kick away.

On very rare occasion, janitors or crazy russians from the apartments may come over to kick you out.

Near 8th Street in Coney Island. Take the D train to Stillwell Avenue. Once you get outside, there should be a path leading to a bunch of brick apartment buildings. Follow it to West 8th Street, and there you should see 5 buildings surrounding a children's play area. The circles are in the middle of that.
