metropolitan avenue rails
williamsburg
Alongside a mellow hill, sit these square, metal rails up against a wall. Although the street itself slopes, the rails are level alongside it, and do not slope down. They range from being two-feet in height to about three feet. The edges are perfectly square off, so it's more like you're skating a metal ledge than an actual rail.

The building is sometimes open if you come here before 5 P.M., so it would be best to go after that or on a weekend just to be on the safe side.

Metropolitan Avenue and Driggs Avenue. Take the L to Lorimer Street and just skate east on Metropolitan until you reach Driggs Avenue.
