In front of this fairly new building, you will find a very mellow granite bank that you need to ollie up to. It could be skated either as a manual pad, a generic bank or as a means for propping yourself up on the wall beside it for doing wallrides and the like. Above it is a three-foot high rail that you could skate over into the bank if you have the pop for it. There's also a hubba ledge running parallel to the slope of the bank that people have managed to skate. Otherwise, there's a couple of granite ledges on the other side, and some steps that aren't really worth going out here for, granted that there are much better sets, which are more worth your time.

Come here after 5 P.M. or on the weekend.

Right across the street from Borough Hall. Take the A, C or F to Jay-Street Borough Hall, and just skate towards the Borough Hall Building. The post office is right next to it, above Fulton Street.
