This gap has a 30-foot-long, three-foot-wide concrete runway over a four-and-a-half foot slab of concrete down a four foot drop. Both the landing and the runway are smooth enough for pretty much anything you could think up. There's some stairs and drops here but nothing really worth going out of the way for.

To the right of the gap, there's the lobby of the apartment. As long as you stay out of the view of that, chances are, you're not going to get kicked out unless you're unlucky.

Bank Street in between West Side Highway and Washington Street. It's far from any subway stations, but your best bet would be to take the A, C, E or L to 14th Street, skate west until you reach the Westside Highway. Make a left on Westside Highway and skate south a few blocks until you reach Bank Street. It should be right on the left, in the middle of the block.
