There's a lot more here than depicted, but it's pointless to describe it considering you'll get kicked out within ten seconds if you skate it.
Running alongside of the building is a fully granite, three-up, five-down, with about sixty feet of space in between to throw in a flatground trick for a line. The three-up could only be approached from the side, and the landing for the five is only about five feet wide because there's a city map structure to the right of the steps.
You'll typically get kicked out of here very quickly at any practical time. It's best to try your luck if you're in the area. You'll get kicked out almost immediately if you're rolling deep too. The best time is either very late at night or on major holidays, when security is significantly less attentive.
Cedar Street and William Street. Take the A, C, 2 or 3 to World Trade Center, skate east until you reach Broadway, make a right, skate south until you reach Liberty Place, and skate one block east.
