This spot serves its purpose more as a "pass through" spot rather than something people purposely plan on venturing out to. Most wind up here either on their way from downtown, on their way downtown from the TF, etc. Plus it's located right between Supreme and Autumn on the most central street in the region so its hard to avoid.
The most prominent obstacles are obviously the two ledge-to-flatbars which ascend up mellow handicap ramps in the front entrance of the park. They are at a minor upwards angle, round, and start from about an inch in height and gradually work their way up to a good foot and a half at the very end. The ledge runway that runs parallel to each bar is about two feet wide, and forty feet long. On most tricks, you'll be required to turn off at the very end to avoid hitting the ledge that continues to run below the rail itself.
Placed between the rails, is a six stair, with ample runway, although you may have to kick sticks and debris out of your way before skating it, and a sidewalk landing, which extends about twenty feet past the steps until the curb leads you off into the middle of Houston Street, so it would be best to have someone watch your board.
Heading south in the park, you'll find a two foot high ledge, which is rather rounded off and chunky on its edge, although still skateable. It can also be used as a platform to skate if you happen to set up a barrier, trashcan, etc. off its end. Continuing down the same path, you'll find a handicap ramp which many use as a launch for clearing trashcans, grinding various random objects found throughout the park, etc.
