This spot is a prototypical east coast spot that probably wouldnít even be given a second glace if it were located anywhere else but the eastern seaboard, above the Mason-Dixon line. There are two ledges, both of which are metal-edged, two-and-a-half feet high and resting atop a sidewalk. The first ledge is about five feet long, and the second ledge is ten feet long. It is significantly better when you take into account its top surface and that it has a better approach.

You will not get kicked out of here, but there may be random construction workers and such lurking on it during lunch hours on weekdays.
