A spot unlike any other, with a bust factor to accompany it unlike any other. Here you'll find a series of mini double sets: several of which are two-flat-two, and several others that are two-flat three. They have a perfect marble runway and a very smooth sidewalk landing. Also in front of the building is a bank like structure with a gap in between the embankment over which you can gap over, in addition to a whole bunch of marble benches on top.
It is nearly impossible to skate 97% of the time during reasonable hours. You could try your luck during the ay or early evening, but like most Battery Park spots, it is best either really late at night or very early in the morning. The spot has also been known to grant more time when the doormen in front are preoccupied with loading buses in front of the spot.
Across the street from Battery Park, by the Ellis Island Ferry. Take the 4, 5 or 6 to Bowling Green and skate north alongside the Battery Park perimeter at it is right in front of the hotel.
