Surrounding this building you will find a series of metal boxes on the platform above leading into the street. They are about a foot high and two feet long. You could either grind, slide or do tricks over them. Towards the back, there are two low six stair rails that are pushed up against a wall, so you'll have to ensure that your truck or nose/tail isn't going to crash into the side and send you flying to the concrete. Going down a blocked driveway on smooth asphalt, there is a ledge that ascends from the ground and grows to be about three feet high. Next to it, there is a thin, foot-and-a-half high ledge that extends to about four feet in height. There are also two perfect six stairs with more than ample runway and a good landing.

Come here after 9 P.M. and you shouldn't get kicked out. It's impossible to skate during the day.

48th Street, in between Park Avenue and Madison Avenue. Take the 4, 5, 6 or 7 to 42nd Street-Grand Central. Skate west for a block until you reach Madison Avenue, make a right and skate north for six blocks. Make a right on 48th Street and the spot is in the middle of the block.
