There's only one practical thing to skate here: a four-foot-high, twenty-five foot wide, very steep black marble bank. It is steep enough to prevent any flip tricks, so it's more practical for stalls, slides or grinds on the top lip. Just make sure not to put your weight over the side too much, because it's a six-foot high drop over the other end onto the sidewalk.

The only object left to skate here is the twenty-stair hubba: onto which you need to gap out over five stairs before it even starts. To make safer, there's a fifteen drop over the other end if you lean in too much. It has only been noseslid thus far in its history, so that should provide an idea in regards to how easy to skate it is.

The bank is usually a night spot, even though you still have a chance of skating it during the day. You won't get kicked out of the hubba, but make sure you watch for people regardless of where you are in the area.

50th Street and 7th Avenue. Take the 1 or 9 to 50th Street and the spot is right outside, in front of the giant black glass building.
