This spot is probably better known as "The Barcelona Ledge" due to how much it resembles the narrow ledge to drop in Barcelona. This one is about a foot and a half in height, four feet long, and topped off with a four foot drop at the end. It's made out of smooth marble, and wide enough for boardslides or lipslides on the top, although too skinny for a tailslide or a noseslide. Up top, there is a ledge and a couple gaps in between the bench next to the ledge. Next to that, there is a sculture that makes a pretty good, four foot wide wallride.

This is one of the few spots in the city where you actually need to run from the guards - who are basically cops in the sense that most of the people who come to kick you out can cuff you if they catch you. Avoid the front window and views of the security camera at all costs. Actually skating here is wholly dependent upon luck. Typically, you get kicked out in literally one minute if you go in the wrong area, but if you don't skate all around the plaza and avoid windows and cameras, you'll probably have enough time to film a trick on the ledge or whatever else you may be after.

27th Street and First Avenue. Take the 4, 5 or 6 to 23rd Street, skate east on 23rd until you reach First Avenue. Make a left and skate north for four blocks.
