blvd east park
west new york
This is a run down park that was recently renovated, taking out 75% of what there was to skate in it. The only stuff left is in the parts that weren't touched yet by renovations. By the tennis courts below the park, there is a ten-stair handrail that is backside for regular skaters and frontside for goofy skaters. The runway is smooth, and ample, except the landing usually has bunches of leaves and sticks at the bottom, so you may need to kick some of those out of the way before you skate it. Right before the steps are two metal bleachers, one of which you could probably hit before the rail if your quick set-up skills are on point. In the wall ball court, there are two, foot-high concrete blocks that are about four feet long and four feet apart that you could skate either as a gap or a gap to ledge if you have quick feet.

You won't get kicked out of here.

65th Street and Boulevard East, below the street in the park in West New York, NJ.
