If you're looking for a place to have a quick night session when it's raining or a really dangerous rail, then by all means, this is the spot for you. The entire inside garage has a three-foot-high platform running along the back side, off of which you can either skate a small four stair, or the two-foot-high rail running to the end of the garage. It's a lot more safe doing tricks over the rail than on it, but both are possible, if you're willing to pop out of a grind because there is no end to the rail. Just outside of the building is a concrete ledge that gets sandblasted pretty often, but would be nice if you spend a good amount of time waxing it.

In the middle of Gorge Road in Cliffside Park. Mapquest directions for Gorge Road and River Road. All you would need to do is turn off River Road and begin heading up the hill. You would see the building on the left side of the street.
