Surrounding this entire building is an assortment of white ledges. Few of them are waxed up well, and even fewer have ends, but this is a good place to go if you want to skate a ledge worry free. The ledges range from two feet in height to foot high. The lower ledges give way to short, foot-and-a-half high step-up ledges as well. There's also a seven set here with ample runway and landing.

You can skate here at pretty much anytime except around 3 P.M. through 5 P.M. on weekdays during the school year. Loads of kids roll through here and the sidewalk becomes really crowded.

Summit Street and Pavonia Avenue. Take the Path Train to Journal Square, make a right on Kennedy Boulevard and skate north on it for two blocks. Make a right on Pavonia and skate east on it for a couple of blocks until you see a giant courthouse.
