This spot would be ideal had it not been for the 1) rough ground that takes up a good 75% of it and 2) bust factor. It contains assortments of ledges of all different heights, set-ups, surfaces etc. Several of them contain granite blocks at the top so you could skate them as step-up ledges. Alongside the water, there are sets of five, four, and three scattered throughout, all slightly oversized. There are loads of handicap ramps descending alongside ledges here, making it possible to skate them from a much higher level, making the actual rail significantly lower. Towards the southernmost end, there is a wide granite manual pad/ledge over three stairs.
