Although like many other spots down Boulevard East, this one recently underwent renovations that removed a good deal of what there was to skate here, there's still a decent amount of stuff left here. Down on the 68th Street side of the complex is a ten-stair hubba that is backside for regular footed skaters and frontside for goofy footed ones. It runs above a handrail and kinks down at the bottom. There is a huge crack at the top of it, that is close to impossible to work around, so you'll need a sheet of metal or wood to skate it. The hubba leads to a long, foot-and-a-half foot high ledge that may need a bit of waxing. At the end of it, it goes over a six stair, and then turns into a wall. In front of the mall area of the towers is a six stair square rail with great runway and a sidewalk landing. This curves around into two consecutive ten stairs that lead into a pit. If you go two blocks south of the buildings on Boulevard East, you can find a high, black marble ledge over a two stair.
