Like Mack-Cali, Exchange Place, etc., this spot would benefit greatly from better ground. Out on the pier is a circle of ledges, several of which are on actually smooth ground, and others, which are really two foot-high ledges/manual pads stacked on top of each other, on the generic rough brick ground. In the center of it all is a square, polejam-like structure without an end that could be used in creative ways.

Come here on any day after 5 P.M. and you won't get kicked out.

On the Pier at the Hyatt Hotel that is right next to Exchange Place. Take the Path Train to Exchange Place, make a right when you get out and skate north for half a block. Once you bump into the Hyatt, make a right and skate down to end of it along the pier.
