With the Westside Avenue Banks torn down, this becomes the premier bank spot on Tonelle (there are a lot around it if you know where to look, heehee), except it has double the chance of a kick-out. The entire parking lot is covered with banks ranging in different sized slopes, height, and set-up. Some of them you need to ollie up to a curb in order to skate, others have ledges at the top that can be used for stall tricks, and others can be ollied into over a ledge at the top lip. One of the standout aspects of this spot is the curb-high, ten-foot long manual pad into a bank on the northernmost part of the parking lot.
This is a nighttime only spot, but even then, there is a guard posted up in the building around the clock with surveillance on the parking lot where the banks area, so there are several precautions to take if you're looking to stay here a while. First of all, avoid large groups of people, because they are a lot more likely to get you kicked out. Second, enter the spot from the southern entrance (you're going to either hop a fence or squeeze through a hole in it). Lastly, stay towards the middle of the spot and avoid the northern part because that is where the majority of the cameras are.
