3030 park
astoria
3030 contains two flatrails: one that's basically been completely bashed into the ground by bikers, making it under a foot in height when you roll off the ledge parallel to it, and a second rail, which is just below knee height off the ledge it's parallel to. These rails are both round and the taller one can only be skated frontside for regular/backside for goofy and the really small one can only be backside for regular or frontside for goofy. There are also a lot of three stair sets here and a fifteen-foot long, knee high concrete ledge with a decent amount of wax on it.

During the warm seasons, this spot is pretty crowded with people just sitting around and little kids playing. It's best skated during the winter, or early in the morning/at night if you insist on coming during the spring or summer.

30th Street and 30th Avenue in Astoria. Take the N or W train to 30th Avenue and skate over one block from 31st Street to 30th Street.
