The Pepsi Ledge is a three-up, three-down platform on the edge of which is an absolutely perfect metal lip that both grinds and slides perfectly. The ledge is about ten feet long and two-feet high. It can be skated from both ways, except the backside for regular side has a giant dip in the sidewalk about eight feet before the actual ledge, making it really hard to gather up speed for it, and the frontside for regular side has a small, but noticeable crack a couple feet before the start of the ledge.

Normally, you can skate here at any time, but sometimes, during weekdays before 5 P.M., people from the building may come out and tell you to leave.
