Over the summer, somebody dropped a 2-gallon glass jar of tomato paste from at least twenty stories up when we were skating here, so Iwould highly advise against ever going here.
The one standout obstacle of this spot is the hubba ledge down the nine set onto which you need to gap out to provided that it starts at the third step down. The ledge itself is high, and it's landing space is limited given that you crash into a wall as soon as you land. It is only backside for goofy footed skaters and frontside for regular footed ones. Other than that, there's also an eight set here with ample runway and landing, although with a small crack at the bottom, and a series of three benches that proceed each other and can be skated as small gaps.
