Here you will find a marble border around a subway grate that stands about a two feet high. It grinds and slides well, and could be used either as a regular ledge or a gap. Skating it as a ledge to street gap would entail you going off the twenty-five foot long, two-and-a-half foot wide marble platform over four feet of sidewalk into the middle of Broadway. There's a traffic light in front of it, so you usually have to wait for the light to turn red before you can skate it, unless you're here really late. There are also a couple of low ledges scurried throughout the park.

Across the street, in front of the hospital, there are a bunch of smooth, grey marble ledges all around the building. Provided that you avoid all windows, preventing security from spotting you, you should be able to avoid getting kicked out for a while.

You won't get kicked out of the actual park although the ledges across the street are more of a bust.

168th Street and Saint Nicholas Avenue/Broadway. Take the 1 or 9 to 168th and it is right outside.
