manhattan bridge hubba

lower east side

This is your typical imperfect New York spot. It's a three-and-a-half foot high hubba [from the top] going down a set of nine stairs, made out of painted concrete and probably requiring wax whenever you want to skate it. The problem is, there's a giant crack right before it, meaning it is going to require a sheet of plywood before you even begin skating it. It's been in a whole bunch of videos, so it's fully skateable otherwise, just make sure you come strapped with the proper materials.
Cherry Street, in the park almost directly under the Manhattan Bridge. There are absolutely no subways around this spot.
You will never get kicked out of here.
